Read & notice

Use 몇 시에 시작해요? to ask “What time do we start?” 시작 is the beginning or start; the sentence asks about the start time. 언제까지 해야 해요? asks by when a task needs to be done. These two questions ask different things: a start time and a deadline.

Write down a number or time and confirm it with the other person. Korean clock time often mixes native Korean numbers for hours with Sino-Korean numbers for minutes; learn those systems separately instead of guessing from one example. Keep the question short, then confirm the answer.
