Read & notice

When an instruction is unclear, a short clarification is more useful than pretending to understand. 다시 말씀해 주세요 means “Please say that again.” 천천히 말씀해 주세요 asks the other person to speak slowly. Say which part you need repeated if you can.

제가 이해한 게 맞나요? asks “Is what I understood correct?” You can repeat a time, number or task and ask for confirmation. At work, language practice does not replace training, supervision or local procedures. If misunderstanding could cause harm, pause the task and get qualified help rather than guessing.
